Honestly the best snoring mouthguard I have used so far, and I've had a few! Very Slim
I've used a few types of anti-snoring mouthguard and this is my favourite because the thin build is a lot easier on the jaw. It also just feels more comforable because there is less overall in your mouth. Lasts a few months so far too, which seems to be better than average.

It really works! Improved my sleep by 30% and feel much better.
I was dubious about trying this as I have tried everything else other than CPAP for my snoring/poor sleep and nothing had made a difference.
Followed the instruction for fitting which was straight forward. It took me 2-3 weeks for me to get used it and my mouth was a little sore to start with. It also fell out a few times. I kept adjusting it however and after about 3-4 weeks I found the perfect fit. Since the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically- I have a Garmin and the stats on it are quite staggering. My husband has also said I no longer snore-( i snored once but had a cold) This means we're both benefitting from it when we had resorted to separate rooms sometimes. It has been life changing for me, that may sound dramatic but i was constantly exhausted and needing to sleep every afternoon, poor concentration and other symptoms.
I would definitely recommend and just persevere with getting the right fitting. I can't imagine not having it now, the results have been so dramatic.
Customer service has also been excellent-I emailed for some advise about fitting and they came back with advice. They also sent me new one as the original one had a slight defect, amazing service.
It really has changed my day to day life- thank you !!!

Amazing how well this mouth piece works for snoring, but unfortunately the jaw adjustment is a little loose on this one, and will straighten out over the night so snoring starts back up again.. The previous SnoreMedic I’ve owned was perfect, but I used that one till it was beyond usable lol. Appreciate the wonderful night sleep, breathing better and not snoring..

It seems to reduce the amount of time I snore at night, according to my smartwatch. All in all I'm happy with it.
